Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on Manager of FP&A and Accounting to serve as the financial backbone of the organization. This is a unique leadership role that bridges the gap between controllership and strategic business partnership. You won't just be reporting the numbers; you will be owning the outcomes, challenging assumptions, and driving margin expansion across multiple complex operating units. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure financial integrity while providing the executive suite with the insights needed to scale a high-growth, operationally intensive business.

Job Responsibility:

  • lead the month end close process from an FP&A lens, ensuring revenue integrity, accrual logic and rigorous variance analysis
  • identify and remedy financial risks, control gaps
  • lead the annual budget process ...
  • develop sophisticated rolling forecast models and scenario models
  • KPI management - define, maintain and automate dashboards
  • commerical business partner - liaise with sales, logitsics & fullfillment leaders
  • team leadership - lead a team of 2 analysts

Requirements:

  • CPA designation or nearing completion
  • 7-10 yrs of progressive experience across FP&A and Controllership
  • Prefered experience in distribtuion, supply chain, logisitcs
  • advanced financial modelling and excel skills
  • experience with data mining tools such as Power BI, SQL
  • experience with revenue recognition, complex cost drivers
