The FP&A Supervisor will manage a team that serves as a strategic business finance partner delivering timely and relevant financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drive informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and data-driven recommendations that support business goals while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Drive a culture of a high-performance organization continuously transforming and improving processes. Confidently communicates and concisely presents financial results the influences informed business decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works independently, solving a range of problem within their area of responsibility and timely escalate
  • Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business partner with regards to short-term, long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
  • Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures
  • Work on Transformation Projects leveraging digital tools to drive simplification and deliver productivity or efficiencies in the processes
  • Maintain professional and collaborative working relationships with business partners and colleagues
