Job Description:

As an FP&A Senior Manager, you will direct operations for the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. This role will allow you to conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the financial performance of business units or initiatives, analyzing profitability, cost drivers, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Direct operations for financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate financial performance of business units
Monitor end-to-end profit & loss statements, reporting and budget & forecasting
Advise on state rate adjustments and determine financial impact
Support month end close activities and present variance analysis to leadership
Prepare monthly medical trend analysis for product performance
Create and maintain financial models including revenue forecasts and expense projections
Benchmark financial performance against budgeted targets

Requirements:

7 or more years work experience
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Bachelor's degree required
