FP&A Senior Manager

社名非公開職種財務、会計、税務、経理業務内容 ... ● Be a business partner to the business units that are designated, providing inputs, insights,advice and training where necessary● Manages the delivery of accurate and timely management reporting including monthlyfinancials, Quarterly Business Review reporting, revenue reporting and functional expensereporting● Delivers advanced analytical support to middle and upper management, either throughsubordinate financials analysts or individual efforts● Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports - analyzing financial results, keytrends, current and future business risks and opportunities● Provide support for business review meetings process, including ad hoc analysis as neededby stake holders and business partners● Continuously focuses on improvements to planning processes and systems and worksclosely with finance management to develop more integrated planning processes● Working with other members of the FP&A team, manages the annual planning calendarinvolving in-depth coordination of portfolio review, strategic plan, budget and forecasts(internal and external).● Accelerate business partnering with stake holders such as Business Units in charge,Commercial Operations, and all other related functions● Lead and influence cross functional projects as appropriate● Support other team members where necessary to deliver on results as a team#LI-DNI
