Job Description

The Financial Analyst will support several foundational FP&A processes, including Engineering Capex and T USE tracking, Engineering headcount analysis and reporting, and recurring weekly Sales and Marketing data preparation. In this role, you will partner closely with senior finance leaders by ensuring data accuracy, developing supporting analyses, surfacing trends, and enabling informed planning and decision making. While the role involves hands on work with financial systems and reporting tools, it is designed to be analytical and insight oriented, supporting senior FP&A leaders who retain ownership of key assumptions and decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Engineering FP&A through Capex and T-USE tracking, headcount and expense analysis, forecasting support, and leadership reporting
  • Provide trend and market analysis across revenue, bookings, headcount, Capex, and expenses by reconciling internal and external data, tracking targeted spend areas, and preparing insights to support budgeting, planning, and leadership reviews
  • Support FP&A reporting systems by maintaining Power BI dashboards, managing refresh and data alignment, working across Oracle Fusion and related tools, and improving recurring reports through automation and standardization
  • Support management and executive presentations by preparing data-driven materials, aligning reports and dashboards, and helping structure clear, decision-oriented insights for leadership audiences

Requirements

  • BS in Business, Accounting OR related field
  • English Proficiency
  • 3+ years of experience in: Financial Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in: Reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in: ERP tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.)
