Job Description:

Join a dynamic and globally minded team as FP&A Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

Lead monthly P&L analysis and reporting for senior leadership
Monitor and manage expenses across departments, offering insights and support
Analyze KPIs and business trends to uncover risks and opportunities
Evaluate investment returns and support strategic project decisions
Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and capital planning
Create impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

FP&A or Managerial Accounting experience
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Self-starter with strong coordination skills
Comfortable working flexibly around financial closings
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Business level English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
Bachelor’s degree or higher
