Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis while driving strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support organizational goals and ensure financial success.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and provide visual insights into financial performance
Manage cash flow forecasting to optimize financial resources and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of business decisions
Oversee financial planning processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while utilizing tools like Sage Intacct
Support leadership with strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial data

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, preferably within asset management
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques
Expertise in preparing financial statements and leveraging tools like Sage Intacct
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage cash forecasting and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial frameworks
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments
