This role offers a strategic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join a leading industrial manufacturing organization as an FP&A Manager. In this capacity, you will serve as a key business partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for the CEO and senior management.
Job Responsibility:
Create, maintain, and update robust financial models to support long-term business planning and strategic decision-making
Develop comprehensive scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial impacts, risks, and potential business outcomes
Analyze overall business performance to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management
Perform deep-dive analysis of product costing and profitability across SKUs, customers, and business segments
Monitor contribution margins and cost structures to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization
Support the development of pricing strategies and margin enhancement initiatives
Lead the annual budgeting process across all internal departments
Manage and prepare monthly rolling forecasts, including detailed variance analysis and performance tracking
Ensure all budget assumptions remain aligned with strategic priorities and group financial targets
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to support long-term financial planning and capital investments
Collaborate with department heads to understand operational drivers, monitor budgets, and develop risk mitigation plans
Provide financial guidance on new projects, market expansions, and special initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, etc.)
5–7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage
Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
High attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of meeting rigorous deadlines in a dynamic environment
Ability to provide ad-hoc reports and analysis for special projects, including new product launches and strategic partnerships.
