社名非公開の財務、会計、税務、経理業務を担当するFP&Aマネージャーを募集しています。予算策定、予測、戦略的イニシアチブを支援するための財務分析を行い、内部財務データ（P&L、財務諸表、経費、収益など）を分析します。外部経済状況（インフレ、金利など）とそのビジネスへの影響を評価し、ビジネス活動の潜在的な影響を予測する財務モデルを開発します。管理層の意思決定を支援するための報告書やプレゼンテーションを作成し、販売、マーケティング、サプライチェーンチームと協力して予測精度を向上させます。データの正確性を確保し、差異を分析してプロセス改善を提案します。地域の財務チームと協力し、内部統制の遵守を確保します。

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze internal financial data (e.g., P&L, financial statements, expenses, revenues)
  • Assess external economic conditions (e.g., inflation, interest rates) and their business impact
  • Develop financial models to forecast potential impacts of business activities
  • Prepare reporting packages and presentations for management decision-making
  • Work with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to improve forecast accuracy
  • Ensure data accuracy, analyze variances, and propose process improvements
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams and ensure compliance with internal controls
