Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team on a long-term contract in for this remote role. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and managing sophisticated financial models using Anaplan, with a primary focus on international bonus compensation planning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to accurate forecasting and scenario analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Anaplan models to support international bonus compensation planning
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable model solutions
  • Conduct scenario analysis and provide insights to support accurate compensation forecasting
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial models, while maintaining data consistency
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximize the effectiveness of Anaplan models
  • Continuously optimize and enhance financial models to meet evolving business needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial planning and organizational objectives
  • Monitor and troubleshoot model performance to ensure seamless functionality

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or compensation analytics
  • Proven expertise in building and managing complex Anaplan models
  • Strong understanding of employee compensation structures, with a focus on variable and bonus programs
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
