Job Description:

Our client, a healthcare-focused organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for research and development teams. This role partners closely with operational leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure accurate financial tracking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and spend analysis
  • Track and manage vendor commitments, invoices, and financial controls
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Support scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Identify and support improvements to financial processes and reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience within life sciences, biotech, or pharma
  • Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Insights preferred) and ERP systems
