FP&A Manager

• Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
• Utilize AI technology to automate financial processes and streamline workflows
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial projections
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and oversee group consolidation activities
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize operational and financial data
• Analyze and interpret complex financial information to support business objectives
• Collaborate on automating accounting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee master data management, including cleanup of customer and supplier lists
• Assist in the finalization of the chart of accounts and ensure data consistency across systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into organizational strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including dynamic modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong understanding of consolidations and accounting principles
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in financial automation
• Preferred experience with programming languages like Python
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
