Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function within the Supply Chain Finance team for the International Markets (IM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes across multiple ERP systems. This role will engage closely with senior management and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy across our diverse operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the management of actuals, forecasts, and the annual budget process for the supply chain function across the IM region
  • Drive the analysis of financial data related to IM supply chain operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting capabilities across the supply chain
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management
  • Act as a strategic business partner to supply chain leadership team
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, Global Supply Chain Finance and IM leadership
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) required to market locations and corporate meetings

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team of finance professionals
  • Strong financial modelling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems, with the ability to integrate data from various sources to provide a unified view of performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management within a supply chain context
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a dynamic business environment
  • Proficient in English
