Fp&A Manager / Global Pharmaceutical Company

• Lead the annual budgeting process and establish local schedules
• Deliver accurate monthly sales flashes, local P&L, and MIS reports
• Conduct variance analyses for product strategies and launches
• Check financial data interfaces and reconcile accounting systems
• Support the launch preparation project through PMO execution tasks
• Assist the finance team with quarterly global accounting reviews

• Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience in global companies, serving as a liaison to global finance teams
• Minimum 5 years of P&L control experience (including full P&L responsibility for sales and expenses)
• Fluent Japanese speaker for local communication
• Business-level English proficiency for communication with global finance teams, demonstrating strong logical thinking and evidence-based communication
• Hands-on approach
• ability to execute tasks independently in a small team environment
• Strong Excel skills for manual tasks
• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to influence others
• Flexibility to take on tasks outside managerial accounting in the short term
• Self-starter with proactive attitude
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred but not mandatory
