Job Description:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager is responsible for analyzing Citi’s financial results and providing strategic insights to management. The role involves managing a professional team, conducting financial analysis, generating reports, and advising on business strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct management activities for a mid-size team
Conduct analysis of Citi’s/competitors’ financial performance
Generate flash results/highlights of analytics for Board of Directors’ reports and Executive Management reports
Participate in Quarterly Competitor Reviews, Quarterly Annotated Supplement, and Quarterly Investment Reports
Develop and coordinate performance reporting/processes and review results against plans
Oversee the estimation of risk capital and incorporate results into management reports and decision processes
Provide advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, and strategies
Operate with limited supervision and exercise independence of judgment

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience
Previous supervisory experience
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated presentation skills
Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
Knowledge in Treasury, ALM, liquidity, returns on capital, interest rates
Knowledge in data analysis and tools such as Knime, Tableau, SAS, SQL, or similar
Intermediate-level English (mainly written)
Effective negotiation skills
Analytical mindset, self-management, detail-oriented, organizational skills, teamwork, resilience
Effective relationship management and influence skills
