Job Description:

A staff member who belongs to the FP&A department at the head office and works in the business unit in charge as a business partner, communicating with management and field departments (including overseas group companies) on a daily basis, and supporting decision-making and execution through the following tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Corporate planning/business planning (medium-term plan formulation, business strategy planning, business structure/organization/business analysis, etc.)
Budget formulation/execution management (budget formulation, results confirmation, forecast formulation in management accounting, budget execution management, KPI management, etc.)
Finance rule control, operation management, business reform/improvement

Requirements:

Financial accounting, management accounting, or similar work experience at a business company (estimate: 3 years)
Skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, data aggregation, etc. related to the above job content
Language skills to communicate with local staff in English without any problems
Stakeholder management skills that enable collaboration with internal and external parties
