Job Description

My client is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide enterprise-wide financial leadership across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while delivering high-impact financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The Director will oversee consolidated reporting, build advanced financial models, and develop dashboards and KPIs to enhance visibility and performance across the business. Additionally, this individual will collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, HR, and operations, support audit and compliance efforts, and help implement scalable financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of progressive FP&A and accounting experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment. CPA is required.
