Job Responsibility

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for senior management
  • Support consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Maintain and enhance project-level and platform-level cash flow models
  • Analyze budget vs. actual variances and communicate key business drivers
  • Prepare consolidated P&L and cash flow reporting packages
  • Support capital call preparation and investor-related reporting
  • Assist with portfolio-level financial modeling, KPI reporting, and strategic analyses
  • Manage overhead budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and development initiatives
  • Review underwriting models, project waterfalls, and financial forecasts
  • Partner cross-functionally with development, accounting, and executive leadership teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment analysis, or related finance functions
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, JD Edwards, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Exposure to real estate finance, development, private equity, or capital markets is strongly preferred
