Job Description

Within the Finance team, your main mission will be to deliver accurate financial insights and support business decision-making across the Asia region. As part of a fixed-term contract, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of FP&A activities while contributing to financial planning, performance analysis and process improvement. You will act as a reliable partner to internal stakeholders, supporting the team during a key transition period.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports to support accurate and timely decision-making
  • Supporting financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting activities across the Asia region
  • Analyzing variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and providing relevant insights to stakeholders
  • Acting as a business partner by collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and support business performance
  • Contributing to the optimization of financial processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards
  • Preparing presentations and financial materials for internal communication and management reviews
  • Collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of financial data
  • Supporting ad hoc analysis and contributing to overall financial performance monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (daily working language)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, particularly during monthly closing periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, organized and solution-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, M3 or Ivalua is a plus
