The FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive financial insight, control, and decision support to the business by leading planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities across key functions. The role ensures high-quality financial reporting, robust financial governance, and strong data integrity, while actively monitoring costs, working capital, and performance drivers. Through close partnership with business and functional stakeholders, the FP&A Analyst challenges assumptions, explains financial outcomes, and translates complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support effective decision-making, improve resource allocation, and drive sustainable business performance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Business Planning (BP), Rolling Estimate (RE), and flash planning activities, including data coordination, consolidation, and timely submission in line with company standards
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes within the scope of responsibility
Prepare and review ELT Finance Decks as well as BP, RE, and PF reporting templates
Perform monthly variance analysis, partnering closely with key stakeholders to develop clear and insightful commentary on costs and working capital, with a focus on key performance drivers
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the assigned area
Support business partners with financial expertise to optimize cost management and resource allocation
Identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate their financial impact
Leverage company digital and analytical tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of financial outputs
Ensure effective financial governance and cost control in line with Group policies and procedures
Requirements:
Have a higher university degree in Economics, Finance, or Controlling
Have at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Audit
Be PC literate with strong skills in MS Excel and Access
Demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to translate complex raw data into clear key messages
Possess strong analytical and numerical skills
Have an upper-intermediate level of English
Be open-minded and act as a change agent
