Job Description:

Highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join Finance team, playing a key part in the company's financial planning and analysis activities including cash forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting and ad hoc analytics. Dynamic, hands-on position working closely with stakeholders across the business to turn financial data into insights that shape strategic decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Support the cash forecasting, reforecasting, and annual budgeting processes across multiple business units
Analyze large data sets, audit results, and provide detailed variance explanations and financial insights
Build and maintain financial models and conduct portfolio- and company-level analyses
Partner across departments to ensure collaboration and alignment in FP&A processes
Assist with system enhancements, testing, and rollouts that support forecasting and reporting efforts
Collaborate with Technology teams to troubleshoot and improve financial applications
Develop new tools, streamline workflows, and contribute to process improvement projects
Lead or support ad hoc analyses and special financial projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
1+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Office 365 essential
Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting systems
Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
