FP&A Analyst

• Lead the preparation of the monthly close in coordination with the Accounting team, including the establishment of the Analytical P&L and the creation of reporting packages for Top Management and Board Members
• Monitor and analyze key business KPIs (ARR, margin, product performance, etc.) and drive the automation of financial dashboards
• Manage and optimize client billing processes—should the need arise, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new billing tool
• Actively participate in the elaboration of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts
• Ensure regular monitoring of cash flow and assist in the preparation of cash flow analyses
• Collaborate closely with C-Levels, VPs, and Managers in both France and the US to understand their needs, support their operations, and provide visibility on committed budgets
• Monitor committed costs to ensure alignment with allocated budgets
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making (e.g., evaluating client margins, optimizing cash utilization, increasing scalability)
• Validate new pricing structures
• Research and identify new funding opportunities (grants, subsidies, etc.)
• Drive the continuous improvement of Finance processes, streamline the processing of data and improve tools and outputs (dashboards, reporting, models) by leveraging AI assistants & agents, automation (e.g. N8N) and vibe coding

• Master’s degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering School
• 3-5 years of experience within a Finance department, Audit firm, or Consulting agency
• Advanced mastery of the MS Office Pack, specifically Excel
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive, positive, and a true team player
• Perfectly fluent in both French & English (both written and spoken)
• Thrives in environments motivated by new challenges
• Strong appetite for digital transformation and actively seeks to build a modern Finance function by leveraging the latest technologies
• Curious and agile, has already integrated AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) into daily routine
• Knowledge of Salesforce and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) is a strong plus
