Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in London. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our financial planning and strategic decision-making processes. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate on the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, providing clear variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Support the annual budgeting cycle and contribute to re-forecasting exercises that reflect our evolving business strategy
  • Assist in creating presentations and reports that provide meaningful insights for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Help maintain and refine our budgeting and planning systems, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly
  • Play an active role in our finance automation journey by maintaining data hygiene and exploring how new technologies, including AI, can improve our workflows
  • Identify and propose ways to enhance FP&A reporting tools to increase efficiency across the team
  • Provide analytical support on varied ad-hoc projects as needed by finance leadership

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent), with a solid grasp of core finance principles
  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a finance or analytical role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables) and a comfort level working with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Pigment)
  • Effective communication skills and a desire to work closely with a diverse team
  • A curiosity for how businesses scale and an interest in using modern tools and technology to solve traditional finance challenges
