Fp&a Analyst

• Drive analysis of business performance and develop reporting that empowers teams across the organization
• Own components of the annual budget, monthly forecast cycles, and variance analysis for revenue and expenses
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operational leaders to support planning and decision-making
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models that surface trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Serve as a steward of the Adaptive Insights planning tool, ensuring data accuracy and system alignment
• Lead ad hoc strategic analyses and create pro forma financials to support business cases and leadership discussions
• Help evolve internal processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across teams
• Contribute to the FP&A team’s rhythm of business, supporting both recurring and one-off initiatives

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or accounting, ideally within SaaS or tech
• Advanced Excel skills with comfort using complex formulas, logic functions, and financial modeling techniques
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close cycles
• Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Tableau, and Adaptive Insights (or equivalent planning platforms)
• Naturally curious and solution-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communicator who can translate numbers into stories and insights

Experience in a public company setting is a plus
