Job Description:

We are looking for a T&E (Travel & Expense) Specialist to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our global expense ecosystem, ensuring financial accuracy while supporting our team's growth. You will balance global oversight with the implementation of scalable financial policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviewing employee expense tracks for accuracy and ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and local tax regulations
  • Developing and implementing global T&E policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and enforced across all regions
  • Managing the end-to-end relationship with expense solution providers, integrating new tools, and overseeing corporate T&E programs
  • Developing and maintaining advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track spending patterns and provide actionable insights across the organization
  • Partnering with Data, Operations, Accounting and other departments to ensure seamless month-end reconciliation and compliance
  • Habitually managing multiple projects in parallel, such as tool migrations, process improvements, or new market launches

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Audit, or T&E management
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and data modeling)
  • SQL knowledge is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify trends or anomalies within large datasets
  • Proven ability to manage various projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle provider relationships and internal stakeholder support globally
  • Native or near-native level of English
  • Other languages are a plus
