We own the GTM financial plan and forecasting, build models to evaluate investments, and provide performance reporting with actionable insights to ensure leadership has clear visibility into risks, opportunities, and key drivers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support to the GTM FP&A team leaders
  • Create and maintain reporting and analysis for management and team leads
  • Deliver detailed analysis of historical financials and variance explanations, along with reports that track budget trends and forecast future needs
  • Partner with the business to provide analytical support and analysis for ad-hoc projects related to workforce planning, personnel expense, monthly budgets, and other items
  • Improve and optimize the financial processes

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance
  • Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills
  • Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting
  • Well organized and goal oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Intellectually curious, self-starter who is not afraid to seek out projects independently
  • Team player with a strong work ethic

  • Adaptive experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using AI (including creating agents) to automate systems and processes preferred
