Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to coordinate, integrate and execute key functions that support multiple teams with efficiency and excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Run and coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties
  • Develop a good knowledge of processes, procedures and systems to perform assigned tasks
  • Establish partnership with other peers within CSC and other locations outside Costa Rica to meet goals and deliverables
  • Comply with Risk & Control policies and requirements
  • Work on Ad-hoc requests based on the business necessity
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  • Keep detailed meeting notes
  • Update Distribution Lists
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Expense Reports
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics in different activities such as: Visitors, Town Hall meetings and any other initiative
  • Development, creation and review of materials for different purposes (Town Hall Meetings, Visitors, etc.)
  • Participation in time critical activities for FP&A teams

Requirements:

  • University / College degree preferably in finance / accounting / business administration
  • 2–3-year relevant work experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with great knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
