Job Description:

As our Founding Visual Design Lead, you’ll own our visual identity end-to-end and set the standard for craft, beauty, and speed across every touchpoint. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our product, customers, and trajectory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end design output across brand, marketing, digital, and product visuals
  • Build and deliver high-speed, high-quality creative assets across ads, landing pages, website, campaigns, motion graphics, and product-facing visuals
  • Collaborate with founders, product, engineering, and GTM to drive clarity, differentiation, and beauty at speed
  • Define, evolve, and scale DualEntry’s design system and visual identity
  • Manage and direct 1–2 freelancers to extend design output and maintain consistency
  • Solve complex visual and brand challenges with systems thinking and fast iteration
  • Deliver creative that directly influences customer perception, revenue, and product adoption

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional design experience across digital, brand, and motion
  • Proven track record in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D
  • Strong visual taste, craft, and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce at high speed without sacrificing quality
  • Experience guiding and managing freelancers
