Job Description:

Reporting to CEO, this role will be a core member of the team responsible for scaling Valerie’s business and operations. You’ll own high-priority projects, build new systems, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. One day you might be diagnosing workflow bottlenecks and driving efficiency improvements with Product and Engineering, another day you’re working alongside our Customer team to quantify value and ROI, and the next you’re modeling operational capacity to ensure we can support our rapid growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Strategic Projects: Scope, structure, and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Analyze, Model & Report: Build financial, operational, and workforce models, design dashboards to track KPIs, and generate insights to guide decisions
  • Drive Product Improvement: Translate on-the-ground insights into product requirements

Requirements:
