Job Description:

A small, early-stage healthcare AI company in San Francisco is hiring one of its first dedicated engineers. The team is building an AI-native platform that helps pediatric therapists run their own practices - automating insurance credentialing, billing, and clinical documentation, and using agents to handle scheduling and patient-provider coordination. There are already 80+ therapists actively using the product.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ship every day
  • talk directly to therapists
  • own problems end-to-end
  • help shape the stack, the product, and the engineering culture

Requirements:

  • Engineers who have built real products end-to-end
  • Hands-on AI-agent experience (production or substantive side projects)
  • Strong CS fundamentals (DS&A, system design, live coding) and high ownership
  • Willingness to work on-site five days a week in San Francisco's Mission district
