For us to succeed in creating the perfect hair and beauty experience through our platform, we have a highly driven sales team ready to seek new, attractive salons for us to partner with. As our Founding Sales Manager will be joining an ambitious team and will be responsible for growing our venue base through a SaaS first approach and entering a new market in Riga, Latvia. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and onboarding new partners, building strong and long-lasting partnerships. As a consultative seller, you will learn about our prospects by asking the right questions to guide your pitch and highlight how Treatwell’s salon software (Connect) can help them. Equipped with strong market knowledge, you’ll be confident in representing what Treatwell can do to improve both their customer and business experience. This is a key role in growing our salon portfolio. You’ll naturally deliver a professional and friendly approach to our partners, ensuring Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand.
Job Responsibility:
The end-to-end sales cycle and managing accounts
Prospecting new salons and generating leads by leveraging multiple channels and a high activity routine
Hosting digital sales demos with prospective partners
Clearly communicating the value proposition of Treatwell software and handling objections to close deals and set up successful long term partnerships
Managing a strong sales pipeline to hit monthly targets
Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system Salesforce
Gathering and providing feedback from prospects to improve our product and processes
Helping in the development of new sales strategies to optimise productivity
Requirements:
Fluent Latvian & English speaker
Driven to overachieve on monthly targets
Impeccable time management
Able to work independently
Committed to achieving high quality, long term partnerships with strong partner engagement levels
Winning mentality always going the extra mile to get the job done
Natural communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
Fast learner, who enjoys and is driven by professional and personal growth
Previous B2B sales experience is desired
Nice to have:
fluency in Russian would be a plus
