Carex is partnering with a Healthtech Rev Cycle startup partner to hire a Founding Sales Director focused on enterprise revenue cycle growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven sales leader to join a company with established traction, strong market credibility, and a validated solution trusted across the healthcare provider ecosystem. Seeking candidates who have proven success selling into provider groups, MSOs, physician platforms, ambulatory organizations, and billing companies, and can quickly turn that market knowledge into revenue growth. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in fast-growth environments and wants to own net-new revenue while helping create a scalable go-to-market engine. The Founding Sales Director will begin as an individual contributor responsible for driving pipeline and closing enterprise business, with a clear path to future sales leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
  • Build pipeline through existing relationships, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry presence
  • Target provider groups, MSOs, physician platforms, ambulatory organizations, and billing companies
  • Partner with executive leadership to evolve founder-led selling into a repeatable sales motion
  • Develop sales messaging, qualification processes, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management practices
  • Navigate complex buying cycles involving finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Represent customer feedback internally to support product and growth strategy
  • Help shape future hiring plans and organizational design for the sales function
  • Leverage conferences, industry events, and thought leadership channels to generate opportunities
  • Drive consistent quota attainment while building long-term market presence

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience with success in enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to sell into provider organizations, physician groups, RCM teams, billing firms, or related healthcare buyers
  • Strong network of decision-makers across revenue cycle, provider operations, or healthcare leadership functions
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in consultative sales roles
  • Experience building process, structure, and momentum in earlier-stage or high-growth settings
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage CEOs, CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and Operations executives
  • Strong prospecting discipline and hunter mentality with a passion for net-new growth
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with leadership
  • High level of ownership, competitiveness, and comfort with ambiguity
