Job Description:

As Highbeam’s first in-house recruiter, you will help shape Highbeam’s future by owning how we attract, evaluate, and hire world-class talent. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to attract and close top talent. The role will primarily focus on technical recruiting for engineering and product, with additional support for go-to-market and operations roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, partnering with external agencies, and via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process
  • Track and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline health) to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Prior experience as an early recruiting hire and in scaling recruiting organizations a strong plus
  • Strong technical recruiting background, with the ability to flex into GTM and operations hiring
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates at top-tier tech companies or startups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools (eg. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc)
  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • BA or higher a strong plus
