We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Founding Recruiter to build our talent function from the ground up. You will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, directly owning the search to hire world-class engineers and strategic non-technical roles. Beyond your own requisitions, you will oversee the broader hiring machine, managing our recruiting operations and high-volume volume ops roles to ensure excellence across the board. This is not just a 'seat-filling' role. This is a chance to design our recruiting engine, define our talent brand, and shape the culture of a future category leader.
Job Responsibility:
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic non-technical roles
Act as a 'hunter' using creative sourcing strategies
Manage a high-volume ops recruiter responsible for the delivery team
Work with founders and leadership to amplify the company story and drive referrals
Manage and implement the recruiting stack
Design structured interview plans
Create data-driven reporting loops
Define the candidate interview experience
Requirements:
2-6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
1-2+ years in a high-growth startup, talent-dense engineering firm, and/or a top tier search firm
Proven track record of closing Senior/Staff level Engineers
Data-native
Experience using modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a massive plus)
Prioritizes quality over quantity
Able to sell the vision and distill complex technical requirements
Ownership mentality
Nice to have:
Experience hiring for non-technical roles (GTM, Ops, G&A)
