We’re hiring a Founding GTM Lead to expand Odin’s presence, credibility and revenue. This is a commercially accountable role responsible for driving awareness and trust with our ICP customers and converting this into scalable revenue growth. This role is about building trust and strong relationships with the right people in VC & PE. Revenue follows credibility in this role. This is a founding role. Scope will evolve as we grow. There won’t be tightly defined lanes or heavy oversight. This seat sets direction, solves what matters and is accountable for outcomes. We give you the "what", you figure out "how".
Job Responsibility:
Drive Revenue in Priority Markets: Carry and hit a meaningful ARR target while building and converting relationships with VC and PE firms in the UK, Middle East and US
Build & Curate our community: Deepen Odin’s presence through high-signal events, strategic partnerships and deliberate relationship-building
Be the Commercial Face of Odin: trusted by senior partners, back-office teams and founders
Launch New Markets: Establish Odin as a credible operator with a focus on excellent customer experience in priority geographies, including the US
Close Lighthouse Customers: Personally win high-trust, high-signal accounts that compound reputation and drive further demand
Feed Market Insight Internally: Translate ICP feedback into better positioning, better GTM and new product insights
Requirements:
A high-agency operator with strong commercial instincts and exceptional relationship judgement
You like to take ownership and accountability for outcomes
You thrive in uncertainty and enjoy operating autonomously
Comfort operating directly with senior partners, operators and capital allocators is essential
Gravitas, clarity of communication and credibility in conversation matter more than current title
Background matters less than capability

Across profiles, strong candidates should demonstrate: Commercial judgement and confidence structuring complex deals

A track record of converting relationships into durable revenue
High standards for themselves and their team, and low tolerance for poor performance
Comfort operating at very high pace
Ability to give and receive very direct feedback
