Job Responsibility:
Build Omnea's growth engine and scale across Europe & the US
Architect and operate full-funnel motion, driving awareness, intent, and pipeline through experimentation
Partner closely with commercial associates and sales to accelerate path from awareness to revenue
Own the market's discovery, understanding, and engagement with Omnea
Take responsibility for digital ecosystem (website, paid channels, landing pages, SEO, email, content activation) and turn awareness into pipeline
Run fast, monthly experimentation cycles prioritizing velocity, automation, and data
Focus on high-impact acquisition and sales-cycle acceleration work (ads, outbound support, AI tools, Clay workflows, landing pages, rapid testing)
Support stuck deals with targeted nurture, gifting, and engagement mechanisms
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer to bring market insights into business
Play active role in shaping Omnea's market presence through events, customer stories, partnerships
Control meaningful test budget with variable compensation tied to revenue impact
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation and marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise buyers
Experience working closely with Sales, sitting in pipeline meetings, and building campaigns that turn awareness into SQLs and revenue
Track record of running frequent, end-to-end experiments and quantifying their revenue impact
Full-stack, hands-on growth marketer capable of writing copy, building and optimizing landing pages, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, running experiments, and managing tools and systems
Fluency in modern growth tooling (Clay, AI workflows, micro-automations)
Data-driven and metrics-obsessed with conversion rates, attribution, pipeline velocity, intent signals, and CAC
Outstanding communicator able to simplify complex ideas, craft sharp messaging, and understand campaign psychology
Ambitious, hard-working with natural GTM instincts and sharp commercial intuition
Think like an engineer: build systems, run structured experiments, automate workflows, and scale what works
