Founding Growth & GTM Lead to design and scale Odin’s commercial engine. This is a commercially accountable role responsible for turning strong foundations into a predictable, measurable growth system. You're building the engine that revenue runs on, at the intersection of growth marketing & sales operations. The quality of this engine will determine how fast we scale.
Job Responsibility:
Own the 'growth loop' that maximises conversion of prospects & existing customers into new revenue
Growth Hacking: ideate, test and improve product-led growth loops
Bottleneck hunt: diagnose where revenue is getting stuck and unblock it
Build Repeatable Sales Systems: Measure & maximise conversion to revenue, and reduce cycle time
Own our sales data: Own & drive CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy and clear performance visibility
Requirements:
High-agency operator with strong commercial instinct, product-mindedness and systems thinking
Takes ownership and thrives in uncertainty
Comfort running complex sales and marketing systems
Ability to understand problems and improve them quickly & deliberately
Intensely curious, methodical and scientific in approach to growth
Clear commercial judgement
Structured thinking in complex, ambiguous environments
Excellent problem solving
Speed & bias for action
Fluency with modern GTM tooling and AI
Genuine appetite for ownership
Background may be: Revenue or Growth Operator with experience building PLG motions, activation loops or pipeline systems
Early GTM Builder who helped move from founder-led sales to structured growth
Commercial Founder with experience creating demand and designing systems
Senior Growth Marketer who thinks outside the box
