Job Description

Founding GTM person to help build US business and sales pipeline from ground up. High-ownership role for someone who wants to build commercial engine from zero, operate like founder, and accelerate into revenue-owning leadership role within 12 months. Directly drive revenue and shape US business.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the top of funnel for US sales (identify strategic accounts, run multi-channel outbound, qualify opportunities, shape US GTM narrative)
  • Break into new markets (identify/prioritize companies, run targeted experiments to open new geographies/industry segments, figure out how to win against competitors)
  • Support live deals with CCO and Commercial Leads (RFPs, proposals, pipeline management, closing support, early GTM strategy involvement)
  • Run c-suite level events (coordinate/host dinners, roundtables, CFO leadership series)
  • Earn bonus tied to company revenue and individual pipeline impact
  • Accelerate into enterprise deal-making role in 8-12 months
