A high-growth AI software company is making its first commercial hire in Europe. The business has already proven strong product-market fit in Asia, winning six-figure enterprise contracts with major financial institutions and now expanding into the European market. This is a rare opportunity to own a market from day one. The role combines strategic enterprise sales with market creation. You will build relationships with senior technology leaders and drive adoption of a platform designed to solve complex infrastructure, data and operational challenges within financial institutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive new enterprise revenue across Europe
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and senior engineering leaders within financial institutions
  • Identify early design-partner customers and lighthouse accounts
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from origination through to contract
  • Translate complex technical capability into commercial outcomes for clients
  • Provide market feedback to the product and leadership teams
  • Help shape the European GTM strategy as the business scales

Requirements

  • A track record selling enterprise technology into banks or capital markets firms
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (engineering, platform or infrastructure teams)
  • The ability to run complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong network within European financial services technology teams
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to early-stage environments
