Founding Engineer

Our mission is to automate software engineering in a way that makes engineering more human, not less. Keystone is the autonomous engineering organization- a workspace where coding agents, engineers, and operators build together, faster. Agents respond to events from Sentry, Linear, and GitHub in sandboxed environments that mirror your production infrastructure, then verify their own work before it ships. We are in-person in SoMa, San Francisco. We're building a team of high-performers that want to do their life’s work and hold ourselves to that standard. We work hard but care deeply about personal health.
