Founding Engineer

• Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS)
• Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience
• Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of our applications
• Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software
• Wear multiple hats — from DevOps to debugging — until the team scales

• 1–5 years of professional full stack engineering experience
• Strong skills in ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP (our core stack)
• Someone who thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments
• Bias toward action: you prefer building and iterating quickly over endless discussion
• A builder’s mindset — you care about product impact, not just clean code
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
• Prior exposure to early-stage startups or building 0 → 1 products
