Own the developer relations strategy end to end to grow the awareness and adoption of Inworld by new developers
Collaborate with product and GTM to engage new and existing customers on best practices and integrations
Build and ship integration examples, reference architectures, and sample apps that demonstrate Inworld's TTS, STT, LLM Router, and Realtime API
Create technical content that resonates with developers: tutorials, blog posts, video walkthroughs, conference talks, live demos, quickstarts and guides
Represent Inworld as a public figure in online forums, events, and leadership meetings
Represent Inworld at conferences, hackathons, and developer events including speaking, demoing, and running workshops
Work closely with GTM and Product to surface developer feedback and advocate for the developer experience inside the company
Define and track meaningful metrics: community engagement, content performance, time-to-first-integration, and other indicators you define
Requirements
5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a closely adjacent technical role
Strong hands-on coding ability, you write and ship real integration code, not just demos
Hands-on with AI native development. You build with coding agents and copilots, have opinions on which tools win for which tasks
Deep familiarity with AI/ML APIs and the real workflows around LLMs, speech, and streaming
Exceptional technical communication skills: you can write a clear tutorial, give a compelling conference talk, and explain a latency tradeoff on a live stream
Nice to have
Experience with voice AI, TTS, STT, or realtime audio
Prior experience at a high-growth startup in a founding DevRel capacity
Active presence in developer communities, open source contributions, a following, a newsletter, whatever form it takes
