Founding Designer

We are looking for a Founding Designer to join our product team. Unlike consumer apps where the goal is often “delight” or “engagement,” our goal is clarity, efficiency, and empowerment. At the frontier of Artificial Intelligence, the core tenets of how humans and AI effectively collaborate as “colleagues” is the main design problem of our time: and you’d be leading the thinking in this area. In this role, you will lead the design of complex tools that power knowledge workers that help do a variety of research tasks that help companies understand their customers. You won’t just be making things look good; you will be solving knotty logic problems, untangling dense workflows, and helping users visualize massive amounts of data. If you love systems thinking and logic as much as you love typography and layout, this is the role for you.
