Job Description

First Account Manager to join Omnea's customer team, owning expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for rapidly scaling customer base, building the function, and having a massively accelerated career trajectory. Role involves managing largest and most strategic customers, ensuring they get meaningful value, driving renewals and expansion, and becoming a trusted advisor. Joining at a pivotal time after $50M Series B funding, with 5x revenue growth and tripled customer base in the past year.

Job Responsibility

  • Own expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for scaling customer base
  • Own relationship with customers throughout entire lifecycle
  • Ensure customers get meaningful value from Omnea
  • Drive renewals, expansion and upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS commercial role
  • Strong commercial intuition and gravitas to sell to senior leadership (e.g., CFOs, CIOs)
