Job Description:

The Founder's Associate Intern will execute high-priority tasks across strategic and operational work streams, contributing to ARCbuild's mission to redefine the future of housing through modular construction solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Project Management: Own and drive defined short-term projects across critical functions (e.g., go-to-market preparation, improvement of operational processes, and internal system deployment)
  • Executive Decision Support: Conduct deep research and synthesize complex data (market trends, competitive landscape, partnership diligence) to directly inform and validate executive-level decisions
  • Operational Optimization: Provide high-leverage support on core founder tasks, including financial data synthesis, refining investor presentation narratives, and ensuring critical cross-functional coordination
  • Workflow and Process Alignment: Analyze the founder’s and the executive team’s operations to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that streamline decision-making and project handoffs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized university (Top-50 ranked institutions preferred)
  • Previous work experience in consulting, investment banking, or in a strategic role at a high-growth startup or scale-up
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of independently managing projects and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Must be a proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision
  • Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Working directly with the co-founders and other members of the senior team on a variety of projects/ tasks: from presentations and spreadsheets, to basic reporting and various growth initiatives
  • Research: ranging from customer research to identifying new opportunities to supporting strategic decisions
  • Tracking the ROI of various growth channels to improve resource allocation and identify new growth curves
  • Designing, releasing & improving a careers page to attract the next wave of Encord talent
  • Ensure we keep our start-up atmosphere as we scale: plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., team outings, in-office events etc.)
  • Be integral part in growing the business – support Encord’s presence on social media, conferences and more
  • Crunching numbers on customer's usage of the product to help inform our Customer Success team's quarterly success planning
