Job Description:

As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founding Team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across both Product (BotPenguin) and Services Divisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to startup operations, strategy, technology, and growth. You’ll act as a key enabler in executing strategic projects, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting business decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the Founder and Leadership Team to plan, track, and execute key business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to streamline processes and ensure alignment
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
  • Drive execution of special projects and new initiatives across both divisions
  • Assist in optimizing internal processes and developing standard operating procedures
  • Support leadership in hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives when required
  • Take ownership of confidential, high-impact projects as deemed fit by the Founders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, startup strategy, or similar cross-functional roles
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong business acumen

  • Research: ranging from customer research to identifying new opportunities to supporting strategic decisions
  • Tracking the ROI of various growth channels to improve resource allocation and identify new growth curves
  • Designing, releasing & improving a careers page to attract the next wave of Encord talent
  • Ensure we keep our start-up atmosphere as we scale: plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., team outings, in-office events etc.)
  • Be integral part in growing the business – support Encord’s presence on social media, conferences and more
  • Crunching numbers on customer's usage of the product to help inform our Customer Success team's quarterly success planning
