Job Description:

At DSV, you'll coordinate the transportation of sensitive shipments such as fresh produce, meat, seafood, live animals, and vehicles. Each consignment demands meticulous attention and care. Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily airfreight and export operations for a diverse clientele
Plan inbound shipments in collaboration with subcontractors
Coordinate the dispatch of perishable items, ensuring optimal handling
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to airfreight shipments
Ensure accurate invoicing and uphold high data quality standards
Collaborate closely with internal departments and the MAGIS team
Proactively communicate any shipment irregularities to clients
Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols

Requirements:

Prior experience in airfreight forwarding or a bachelor's degree/diploma in transport and logistics
High flexibility regarding working hours, including weekend shifts
Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
Resilience under pressure, proactive mindset, and solution-driven approach
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting
