Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you'll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, with a focus on Forward Deployed Engineering: engineers who work shoulder-to-shoulder with customers, from pre-sales evaluation through post-sales implementation. You'll shape search strategy, build pipelines at the intersection of deep technical ability and customer-facing craft, and close candidates who are genuinely rare. You'll partner with engineering and revenue leadership to redefine what great FDE hiring looks like at scale, as part of a small, high-bar team with an uncompromising standard for quality of hire. If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building hiring systems that scale, this role will stretch and level up your career.

Job Responsibility

  • Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across our forward deployment team including solutions engineers and deployment strategists
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar
  • Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing
  • Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through a rigorous process with clarity, empathy, and conviction
  • Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs — every interaction reflects our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience
  • Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience hiring top-tier technical and forward deployed talent in competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years)
  • Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and closing
  • Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches with many moving parts — you stay structured, adaptable, and focused
  • Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you build trust with both deeply technical candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones
  • Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and how exceptional teams are built

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions, with a particular preference for LATAM, APAC and EMEA
  • Background in high-growth startups, AI native companies, or similarly fast-moving environments
  • A builder’s mindset: you experiment, learn quickly, spot patterns, and continuously refine recruiting playbooks and processes

What we offer

  • Innovative culture
  • Growth paths
  • Learning & development through annual discretionary stipend
  • Social travel through annual discretionary stipend
  • Annual company offsite
  • Co-working monthly stipend

  • 3+ years recruiting for consulting, implementation, forward deployment, product operations, or client-facing technical roles in complex or high-velocity environments
  • A craft-driven recruiter who builds structured rubrics, hunts for signal, and iterates processes based on what improves quality and speed
  • A compelling storyteller able to translate regulated complexity into clear, compelling narratives for candidates and internal partners
  • High agency and ownership. You lead kickoffs, set the operational cadence, drive alignment, surface risks early, and solve problems before they bottleneck delivery
  • Comfort with ambiguity and tight timelines. You operate well in searches where ideal profiles are rare, requirements evolve, and deadlines come from client commitments—not internal preference
  • Communicator with precision. Crisp writing, structured reasoning, clean documentation, and communication that builds immediate trust
  • Metrics-driven habits: visible goals, weekly reporting, response-time SLAs, dashboards that highlight risk, and a continuous improvement mindset

Job Responsibility
  • Run high-precision, full-cycle searches aligned to Valon’s deployment playbook—tight role scoping tied to client timelines, sourcing strategy design, rigorous evaluation loops, and decisive closing
  • Source unconventional but on-target profiles across consulting, implementation, technical operations, and product/ops generalists—individuals who create structure in ambiguity and thrive in high-accountability environments
  • Design signal-rich evaluation systems that measure what Build–Operate–Transfer actually requires: structured judgment, systems thinking, client-facing rigor, technical depth, operational problem-solving, and the ability to learn fast under pressure
  • Drive the recruiting operating rhythm with Deployment leadership: clear weekly calibration, forecasted hiring plans tied to client milestones, ATS discipline, dashboards that expose risk early, and tight execution standards
  • Own and articulate the narrative. Communicate why ValonOS + embedded deployment teams dramatically derisk enterprise transformation—and why elite operators choose this environment over traditional consulting or tech roles

  • Use AI as a 10x force multiplier for sourcing, research, personalization, and pipeline analytics—with human judgment as the arbiter
