We’re hiring a Deployed Engineer to help customers implement and succeed with our platform. You’ll work directly with users and prospects to understand their goals, solve problems, and design solutions that show the power of agentic AI in action. This is a cross-functional role that blends technical know-how with customer collaboration. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to make sure customers are set up for long-term success — whether it’s through live demos, implementation support, or building out proof-of-concepts. This role is open to all levels of experience.
Job Responsibility:
Work directly with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs and goals
Design and deliver tailored solutions using our platform
Assist with implementation, integration, and troubleshooting during onboarding
Collaborate with Sales to support pre-sales conversations and product demos
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer interactions
Help improve internal tools, documentation, and onboarding workflows
Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
Stay current on platform capabilities and how they apply to real-world use cases
Requirements:
Experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation role (or equivalent technical experience)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Comfortable working with APIs, debugging issues, and guiding users through product workflows
Confident in live customer interactions — demos, onboarding, troubleshooting, and follow-ups
Able to collaborate across teams and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Curious, adaptable, and interested in helping users build with AI
