You'll partner directly with B2B customers to help them unlock the full potential of Gamma, translating their brand identities and templates into beautiful, functional content. This means leading hands-on product education sessions, creating "aha" moments that demonstrate how Gamma can elevate their work, and becoming the bridge between customer needs and product development. You'll help customers master storytelling, design, and AI while gathering insights that shape our roadmap. This role combines design expertise, customer education, and product advocacy. You'll work closely with Customer Success to deliver transformative experiences for B2B customers, partner with the Product team as an internal "power user" representing B2B needs, and develop repeatable playbooks and resources that reduce friction for the GTM team and future customers. You'll turn customer feedback into actionable insights while building the templates and frameworks that help teams succeed.
Job Responsibility:
Partner directly with B2B customers to help them get more out of Gamma, including translating brand identities and templates into Gamma
Collaborate with Customer Success to create "aha" moments for B2B customers that demonstrate how Gamma can elevate their work
Lead hands-on product education sessions that elevate customers' understanding of storytelling, design, and AI
Take insights from customer engagements and work with Customer Success, Product, and fellow Forward Deployed Designers to inform product roadmap and decisions
Partner with Product team as an internal "power user" and representative of B2B needs, pain points, and successes
Develop repeatable playbooks and resources to reduce friction for GTM team and future customers
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience with portfolio showing strong visual design and storytelling skills
Experience in customer-facing roles with ability to communicate across a broad range of technical and design skill levels
Passion for helping customers get the most out of Gamma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and experience turning vague requirements into beautiful deliverables
Proven ability to work independently and self-manage scope and timeline of deliverables
High standards for visual taste and ability to make tradeoffs when necessary
